ABOUT ELLEN:
With over 25 years singing and performing, Ellen brings a unique combination of technical knowledge and performance experience in her teaching that helps her students grow to their full potential.
She understands the importance of making sure students know the basics of vocal technique while also incorporating real life elements needed to prepare for performance. She is a very warm and supportive instructor and can customize teaching depending on the student’s needs.
Ellen has traveled the world as a vocalist and entertainer in a wide range of experiences from an International Entertainment Contract Hilton Hotels/Malaysia to being the "opener" for several well-established Canadian Artists and International Touring Artists. She has experience as a lead and back-up vocalist, as well as songwriter and producer.
Along with music, Ellen’s interests include a love of all animals and an extensive background in equestrian sports and coaching so she is well versed in the mind-body connection when it comes to teaching and building skills that involve physical practice. But one of her greatest interests is sharing her love of music and supporting all students to reach their goals and have fun while on their own unique music journey.

Studio Terms, Discounts, and Policies: Free Skype/Zoom Consultation Available by appointment, before you sign up. Lesson price is based on monthly prepayment, minimum (4) lessons. Full-Hour weekly (Same Instrument or Voice) lessons automatically receive a 15% monthly discount. Discounts for private lessons cannot be combined or transferred with any other offer. (24)-Hour Cancellation Policy: (24) hours' notice for a lesson cancellation is greatly appreciated. Any lesson cancelled with less than (24) hours' notice is automatically forfeit.
Billing is on-going month to month and is based on (4) lessons per month, and will occur automatically each month on the date of your first payment. 5th week lessons will occur consecutively in scheduling and will be counted as make-up lessons for Coach Vacations or Studio Holidays. Monthly Cancellation: (30) days' notice cancellation policy - after first (2) consecutive months have billed from date of first payment - two month minimum purchase. Any remaining lessons must be fulfilled within (30) days of cancellation notice date.
